Update
So I had my first session with the hypnotherapist today. Drumroll please.....haven't had a smoke since 3 this afternoon. Some are probably saying big deal. But for those of you that know me , this is a big deal. I can't say that I'm completely "cured". I want a cigarette right now. Part of me does. The other part, the one that wants to stop and get healthy, doesn't. Lets all hope that part of me wins. Wish me luck.

So how are we doing???? Can I speak to the children??? Or will they come close enough to you to take the phone....lol....Just throw it to one of them!!! Just kidding! I really hope this is working for you!!!!
